Student Internship Grant Announcement
The Drug Policy Forum of Hawai‘i announces the Donald M. Topping student internship grant. Undergraduate or graduate students interested in conducting research projects; or other activities relating to drug policy affecting Hawai‘i; or establishing an organization which fosters student involvement and advocacy in drug policy issues (Students for Sensible Drug Policy) on a Hawai‘i campus are invited to send in proposals. The estimated minimum time commitment is 40 hours for the semester. The stipend for the internship is $500.00. Send proposals and a brief resume to:

The Drug Policy Forum of Hawai‘i is a non-profit organization founded in 1993 to encourage the development of effective drug policies that minimize economic, social, and human costs, and to promote the consideration of pragmatic approaches to drug policy based on scientific principles, effective outcomes, public health considerations, concern for human dignity, enhancing the well being of individuals and communities.
